২০১৯ সালে প্রকাশিত Birds of Tripura—ত্রিপুরার পাখি আমার দ্বিতীয় গ্রন্থ। মনীষ কুমারের সঙ্গে যৌথভাবে রচিত এই বইটিতে ছবি ও তথ্যের মাধ্যমে ত্রিপুরার সমৃদ্ধ পাখিবৈচিত্র্যকে পাঠকের কাছে তুলে ধরার প্রয়াস রয়েছে।
Published in 2019, Birds of Tripura—ত্রিপুরার পাখি is my second book. Co-authored with Manish Kumar, it presents the rich diversity of birds found in Tripura through photographs and informative details.
Birds of Tripura—ত্রিপুরার পাখি: ত্রিপুরায় পাওয়া ২৬৫ প্রজাতির পাখির আলোকচিত্র ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য নিয়ে বইটি প্রকাশিত হয়েছিল অনেকটা একটি সচিত্র ফিল্ড গাইডের আদলে। এর নেপথ্যে ছিল মনীষ কুমার স্যার ও আমার প্রায় দুই বছর ধরে ত্রিপুরার নানা প্রান্তে ঘুরে পাখির সন্ধান, পর্যবেক্ষণ ও ছবি তোলার নিরন্তর প্রয়াস। তাই বইটি কেবল ছবি ও তথ্যের একটি সংকলন নয়; আমাদের দীর্ঘ পরিশ্রম, প্রকৃতির সঙ্গে কাটানো অসংখ্য মুহূর্ত এবং ত্রিপুরার পাখিবৈচিত্র্যকে নথিবদ্ধ করার আন্তরিক প্রচেষ্টারও এক দৃশ্যমান ফসল।
Birds of Tripura—ত্রিপুরার পাখি: Featuring photographs and essential information on 265 bird species recorded in Tripura, the book was designed in the style of an illustrated field guide. It was the outcome of nearly two years of dedicated effort by Manish Kumar and me—travelling across different parts of Tripura in search of birds, observing them, and capturing them through our cameras. More than a collection of photographs and facts, the book represents our shared experiences in the field and our sincere endeavour to document the rich birdlife of Tripura.
