‘আনন্দলেখন’ আমার প্রথম প্রকাশিত বই। ছোটগল্পের এই সংকলনটি ২০১৬ সালে প্রকাশিত হয়।
'Anandalekhan' was my first published book. This collection of short stories was published in 2016.
মূলত সন্মাত্রানন্দের উৎসাহেই আমার ফেসবুকে লেখা গল্পগুলোকে পরিমার্জিত করে দুই মলাটের মধ্যে নিয়ে আসা শুরু করি। সাথি ছিল দুই বন্ধু—প্রকাশক তীর্থঙ্কর (নীহারিকা প্রকাশনী) আর প্রিন্টার প্রণব (পি পি পাবলিকেশন)। বইটির আবরণ উন্মোচন করেছিলেন রাজ্যের তৎকালীন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শ্রী মানিক সরকার মহাশয়। তারপরের পুরোটা আরেক গল্প। বইমেলায় বন্ধুরা হৈ-হৈ করতে করতে বইটার বেমক্কা প্রচার করে দিল। আমার সৌভাগ্য, বইটার কয়েক কপি শেষ বইমেলাতেও বিক্রি হয়েছে। আপাতত এর তৃতীয় মুদ্রণ চলছে।
It was mainly at Sanmatrananda’s encouragement that I began revising the stories I had written on Facebook and bringing them together between two covers. Two friends accompanied me on this journey—Tirthankar, the publisher from Niharika Prakashani, and Pranab, the printer from P. P. Publication. The cover of the book was unveiled by Shri Manik Sarkar, the then Chief Minister of Tripura. What followed is another story altogether! At the Book Fair, my friends created quite a stir and gave the book a rather extravagant amount of publicity. Fortunately, a few copies were sold even at the most recent Book Fair. The book is currently in its third printing.
